East Side Arts Council (ESAC) is a multi-discipline community arts organization located on the East Side of St. Paul. ESAC provides year-round programming that celebrates the diversity of its neighborhood, links to learning in schools and community centers, and builds appreciation of the arts in the underserved, economically challenged East Side of St. Paul.

East Side Arts Council:
•    Celebrates great neighborhood strengths and tackles tough neighborhood issues through the arts
•    Provides accessible, low-cost or free arts programs to children and families
•    Engages prominent, accomplished artists from a diversity of cultures for community interaction
•    Works in partnership with schools and other community groups
•    Serves as an arts resource and catalyst to local creativity and projects
•    Connects with arts ventures city-wide
