 STICK-BOUND BOOKS AND POEMS

WITH MARIE OLOFSDOTTER

Join artist Marie Olofsdotter as she shows us how to make our own book, bind it with a stick, and begin to fill it with poetry!

Materials you’ll need!

  • 1 large brown paper bag

  • 3 pieces of white paper

  • colored paper and/or magazine

  • bottled glue and/or glue stick

  • pencil

  • 1 rubber band

  • 1 short stick (about 3 inches)

  • 1 paper clip (or clothespin)

  • hole puncher

  • scissors

  • Optional:

    • crayons and/or color pencils and markers
